Sharjah

Souq AlShanasiyah in Sharjah is considered one of the region’s oldest and most vibrant markets. Excavations in the area between the Sharjah Fort and the Corniche revealed the foundations of the old market, which dates back to the 1950s. The market has been restored on the same foundations discovered and currently attracts many tourists.
