Ajman

Ajman Dhow Yard is one of the largest centres for building sailing ships and dhows in the world, as its industry flourished thanks to the support of the United Arab Emirates, which contributed to the growth of the number of factories that manufacture sailing and wooden ships and yachts in Ajman to reach more than 25 factories that provide services in line with global standards.

This centre preserves the heritage and acquaints the younger generation with the history and ancient culture of the UAE. It features specific places to practice traditional professions and support their owners. It also hosts many heritage activities during national events.
